Backlit Industrial was built off the experience of its founder, Jonny Pappas, who started as a tiling apprentice and qualified tradesperson in commercial and residential construction, then spent years as a project manager in industrial services on live mine sites and gas plants for KAEFER, at BHP Olympic Dam and Santos Moomba. He moved into marketing and communications at KAEFER Integrated Services, then became marketing and sales enablement manager at Chrysos Corporation, a global mining technology company, before founding Backlit Media: the specialist content function industrial construction businesses always needed, and couldn't find.
