What we keep,
and what we don't.

When you send an enquiry, request a call or describe a one-off project on this site, the details you enter are emailed to Backlit Media (Jonny Pappas) with a copy to Groundwork Digital Studio, the studio that built and maintains the site. They are used to reply to you and for nothing else. They are not stored in a database on this site and are not shared with any other party.

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are read. Google sets cookies for that purpose and Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. No advertising features are switched on. If you would rather not be counted, a browser content blocker or Google's opt-out add-on stops it.

Calling or emailing the number and address shown on the contact page goes straight to Backlit Media and involves no third party beyond your own phone or mail provider.

Questions about how an enquiry is handled can be sent to jonny@bkltmedia.com.
